1.MDF material

Compared with the traditional CNC punch, laser cutting machine has the advantages of 3C, 3S: cool, clean, calm, sure,savety,saving, but in the whole process on the market, laser cutting machine and CNC punching bed have equal shares,  why? Then the following small series of knowledge, so that we understand the laser cutting machine and CNC punch.


First, processing materials

Laser cutting machine can cut metal materials (including black metal, non-ferrous metals, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, silicon steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum alloy,...) , non metal materials (acrylic, plastic, wood, cloth, leather, carpets and other materials). Carbon steel with a thickness of 20mm.

1.Linear guide: lubricating oil

The use of a period of time after the laser engraving machine, engraving and cutting smoke.

2.Wipe focus lens and mirror

3.Add oil on bearing

There are a large quantity of bearing in laser cutting machine.In order to ensure good cutting and carving effect,we should add oil on some bearing regularly (except oil bearing).Wipe the surface of bearing with a clean soft cloth,then such up the oil with needle tube and add oil on bearing,at the same time,rotating bearing slowly.

4.Synchronous belt elastic adjustment

There are some synchronous belts in laser cutting machine.If the synchronous belt is too slack,the effect of engraving small letter will be heavy shadow.If the synchronous belt is too tight,it is easy to hurt.So we need check the belt after using some time for make sure the effect of working and reduce the noise of working.

5.Maintenance of laser tube

Laser tube is a very important part of laser cutting machine,now we talk about how to maintenance laser tube.As we know,when we use laser tube,we must use water cooling.After long time,there will be some white scale.We can add little vinegar or weak acid solution in circulating water.This way will clean the white scale,then export the dirty water with clean water.Pls note,when clean the laser tube,keep it no laser.

1. Shape of nozzle

The common shape of the nozzle, as shown in the picture, you can see the shape of the spray hole has a lot of kinds, cylindrical, conical, and scaling.

2.Nozzle hole requirements

The nozzle hole size must be allowed to pass through the beam and avoid contact with the nozzle wall. Obviously, the smaller the diameter of the nozzle, the more difficult the beam alignment. In addition, the auxiliary air flow from the nozzle must be coupled with the removal of the fusion product and the enhanced cutting action. The hole wall of the nozzle hole should be smooth. To ensure the smooth flow of air, to avoid the disorder and affect the quality of the cut.

3.The distance between the nozzle and the material surface

The coupling of the nozzle flow and the workpiece is a gas dynamics problem, the air flow pattern and the spacing between the nozzle and the workpiece are important variables. 4.Size of nozzle

The size of the nozzle is affected by the size of the laser cutting machine, the size of the thermal reaction zone and the cutting quality of the cutting width. As the nozzle diameter increases, the heat affected zone is narrow, the main reason is that the air flow from the nozzle to the cutting area matrix material produced a strong cooling effect. The nozzle diameter is too large to cause the cutting seam is too wide, and the nozzle is too small will cause the calibration difficulties, to induce the beam is small nozzle cut. The common nozzle diameter is 1~1.5mm.
