7.When the abnormal appearance in the processing process, should be immediately shut down, in a timely manner to eliminate the failure or reported to the competent personnel. 

8.Keep the laser, bed and around the site clean and orderly, no pollution, waste, according to the provisions of the workpiece, sheet piling. 

9.When using gas cylinders, should avoid crushing welding wire, so as to avoid leakage accident. The use of gas cylinders, transport should comply with the rules of gas cylinders. The ban of gas cylinders in the sun or near the heat of the sun. When the valve is opened, the operator must stand on the side of the bottle mouth. 

10.Please observe the high pressure safety rules when repare laser machine.Follow the rules and procedures for 40 hours or one week per operation, 1000 hoursor six months of maintenance. 

11.After the boot, please first manual low speed Y, X direction of the machine, check to confirm whether there is abnormal situation. 

12.The new work program input, please try to run, and check its operate situation. 

13.During the work, observe the operation of the machine, so as to avoid the cutting machine out of the effective range or two sets of collision caused the accident.

Laser cutting machine can use the auxiliary gas when cutting, mainly oxygen, nitrogen, air and argon, and the following we will introduce its use and characteristics for different auxiliary gases.

1.Atmosphere

Air can be supplied directly from the air compressor, so the price is very cheap compared with other gases. Operation procedure of optical fiber laser cutting machine:

1.Make sure the material of working,and put the material on the table of machine and fix it.Then pls make sure the material is stable in the table of machine,lest it moves when cutting,cause bad accuracy of working.

2.Operate the control system and import the design of cutting,set the thickness and other parameters in software.Then adjust the laser head and nozzle for getting good laser focus position.

3.Start the manostat and water chiller,pls set the suitable water temperature and pressure.

4.Start the laser generator and start laser cutting machine.

The above 4 points are easy and short,but in the actual operation need more thim for exercise.We should be very familiar with all details of operation,invoide the problem even fault in the cutting.Below,i will share some fault experiences.

When you start the machine,but no response.

1.Pls check whether the power insurance burn,if yes,pls change new one.
2.Power input is normal: check the power input and make it normal.
3.Total power switch is damaged: replace the total power switch.

No laser or laser is weak

1.If laser path is shifting,pls adjust the laser path.
2.If the laser focus is right,pls check and change it.
3.If laser generator is demaged,check and change it.
4.If laser generator is power on,make it power on.

The size of working is not right or be in wrong action.

1.pls check if the signal line.
2.The power supply is not stable or be in interference signal.Pls use the manostat and eliminating interference signal.
3.Check the parameters of working.
4.Check the preparation of the processing procedures, and modify it to make it normal

1.Linear guide: lubricating oil

3.Add oil on bearing

There are a large quantity of bearing in laser cutting machine.In order to ensure good cutting and carving effect,we should add oil on some bearing regularly (except oil bearing).Wipe the surface of bearing with a clean soft cloth,then such up the oil with needle tube and add oil on bearing,at the same time,rotating bearing slowly.

4.Synchronous belt elastic adjustment

There are some synchronous belts in laser cutting machine.If the synchronous belt is too slack,the effect of engraving small letter will be heavy shadow.If the synchronous belt is too tight,it is easy to hurt.So we need check the belt after using some time for make sure the effect of working and reduce the noise of working.

5.Maintenance of laser tube

Laser tube is a very important part of laser cutting machine,now we talk about how to maintenance laser tube.As we know,when we use laser tube,we must use water cooling.After long time,there will be some white scale.We can add little vinegar or weak acid solution in circulating water.This way will clean the white scale,then export the dirty water with clean water.Pls note,when clean the laser tube,keep it no laser.
