As is known to all, we need to choose different cutting tools according to different materials, when using CNC Router.So which type tools suit what material?
There are a lot of people do not know much about it, here we summarize it simply , I hope they are helpful to you.

1.MDF material
We recommend the double long chip spiral milling cutter tool, it has two high-capacity flutes.Double-edged design, making it a good chip removal function, and achieve a good tool balancing.In the processing of MDF, the material is not black, do not smoke, tools can work with long life.

2.Metal
We recommend to use single edged, double edged straight slot flat bottomed cutter tool.

3.High MDF and Solid wood
You can use edge milling cutter tool.

4.Cork, MDF, native wood, PVC, acrylic
Deep relief working, can use single edged helical ball end milling cutter tool.

5.Metal Model
