1. Shape of nozzle

4.Size of nozzle
The size of the nozzle is affected by the size of the laser cutting machine, the size of the thermal reaction zone and the cutting quality of the cutting width. As the nozzle diameter increases, the heat affected zone is narrow, the main reason is that the air flow from the nozzle to the cutting area matrix material produced a strong cooling effect. The nozzle diameter is too large to cause the cutting seam is too wide, and the nozzle is too small will cause the calibration difficulties, to induce the beam is small nozzle cut. The common nozzle diameter is 1~1.5mm.
